I have been up most of last night watching the UK General Election results come in. It was an exciting night that confounded the expectations of most pollsters and pundits. Theresa May, the Prime Minister and leader of the Conservative Party, did not receive the mandate for ‘strong and stable’ government that she expected, leaving her with the largest party but not with a majority. Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the opposition Labour Party dramatically increased the labour seats in the House of Commons and the Labour share of the vote, despite the predictions of the Labour Party disappearing for decades.

In England, one quarter of the population is now clinically obese. Current trends suggest the problem is only going to get worse. Diabetes, heart disease, strokes and other nasty diseases go with obesity. Obesity is a death sentence.
Being young and free. I never want to go back there in innocence and expectation. I never want to repeat the angst and the pain… I would rather stay happy in my sixties.
I have put my life into this site. I fill my mind with creative ideas and put them online. Why do I do it? What do I get out of it? What is the point of creativity in writing?
I was going to call this piece ‘Don’t Give Up The Day Job’. I wanted to warn aspiring entrepreneurs against jumping in to their new business too quickly. My first real experience of a mindset for success was from Tony Robbins. He teaches a simple approach to mindset called ‘The Triad’. ‘The Triad’ is the combination of three elements; focus, language and physiology. Tony teaches that any state you are in, whether happy or sad, excited or depressed, or any other, is caused by the triad you are in. Your state is created by your physiology, focus and language.

Everyone has different definitions of success and masculinity. Do not compare yourself to others. You’ll either feel over confident or very disappointed. You are your own set of standards. Sometimes all you need to succeed is the determination to show others what you are capable of. All you need is to have confidence in yourself to fulfil your vision and be happy.
Most of us do not want to talk about sex because we do not want to face the truth. We believe that those that do talk about sex are not telling the truth. At least we hope they are not telling the truth.
