The significance of my encounter with birds in the garden this morning and where it took me spiritually.
I have been up most of last night watching the UK General Election results come in. It was an exciting night that confounded the expectations of most pollsters and pundits. Theresa May, the Prime Minister and leader of the Conservative Party, did not receive the mandate for ‘strong and stable’ government that she expected, leaving her with the largest party but not with a majority. Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the opposition Labour Party dramatically increased the labour seats in the House of Commons and the Labour share of the vote, despite the predictions of the Labour Party disappearing for decades.
In my years of seeking I had a feeling that my life was about more than just living in the period from birth to death.
I have been seeking all my life. I have always had this sense of looking for my home, my refuge. It has not been through a sense of lack or need, but through a sense of destiny. I have spent many years on this journey and then a few years ago I found what I was seeking. I love the story of Santiago, in ‘The Alchemist’, who travels to find a treasure he dreams about. On the way he learns to listen to his heart and that his Personal Legend, his heart’s desire, is part of the Soul of the Universe.
My life is changing, not the continual change that is always there—the arrow of time—but a dramatic shift that recognises the true me. This has been coming at me as a raging bull, something I can no longer ignore. In order to embrace it I need to acknowledge who I have been, who I am and who I am becoming. I am Purusha: Spiritual Man.
In my life I have been a seeker. As a teenager I sought a spiritual answer to an unknown question. I tried to understand where to look for the answer. What did I want? Why was I even looking? In the different approaches I tried, from Christianity to Yoga, I found many ideas to pursue, but no solutions.
The power of forgiveness is really felt in the lifting of energetic emotional energy that people carry around like baggage. Learning about “Forgiveness” is one of the major keys to a healthy relationship. These recordings are from a closed eye transformation process at a seminar called “Breakthrough To Success” which was one of the personal development programs of Christopher Howard. Enjoy and use them.
Men and their relationship to spirituality and masculinity.
I write about men and their relationship to spirituality and masculinity. I write about how to connect the dots in lives of men, how they can experience their inner power and be in control of their life.
When did you last see your life from a completely different perspective? When did you last wonder where your life was going?

Bubbles is a Spanish Water Dog. Her favourite game is to chase balls that you throw for her. How is that inspiring?
She places the ball at your feet and stands waiting for you to throw it. All the time she is focused on you, gazing expectantly into your eyes. You throw the ball and she hares after it, brings it back and the whole process starts again.
